The problem

Most loyalty programmes are sunk cost in disguise.

They reward heavy buyers who would've come back anyway, alienate occasional ones with confusing tiers, and cost more in margin than they earn in retention. The fix is mechanics that move actual customer behaviour.

What you get

Eight capabilities, one platform.

01

Configurable points engine

Earn rules by category, basket, time, channel. Bonus events, multipliers, double-points campaigns - all configurable without engineering tickets.

02

Tier mechanics

Membership tiers with thresholds, grace periods, tier-specific rewards, downgrade rules. Built around real retention behaviour, not gamified noise.

03

Omnichannel earn & redeem

POS, e-commerce, mobile app, in-store kiosk, partner outlets. One member identity across every channel, with reconciliation that doesn't double-count.

04

Benefits catalogue

One-time rewards a member earns by hitting a points threshold: vouchers, gift cards, products, experiences. Issued once, consumed once, then off the books.

05

Privileges catalogue

Recurring tier-level entitlements that apply for as long as the member stays in tier: priority access, free upgrades, complimentary services, fee waivers, partner perks.

06

Tier movement dashboard

Quarterly view of who moved tier, when, and whether they are new or returning members. Drill into cohorts to track tier health, churn risk, and programme ROI.

07

Campaign engine

Targeted offers by segment, lifecycle stage, recency, and value tier. A/B campaigns, automatic exclusions, fraud safeguards.

08

Member-facing UI

White-label web and mobile member portals. Push, email, in-app messaging. Multi-language and multi-currency by default.

FAQ

Common procurement questions.

Can we self-host the Loyalty System on our own infrastructure?
Yes. Managed-cloud deployments are operated by our team on AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers per customer preference. Self-hosted deployments on your VPC or on-premises infrastructure ship with the same source code, a deployment runbook, and an update cadence agreed during contracting.
Where does our member and transaction data live?
Singapore is our default controller seat for regional deployments. Per-jurisdiction hosting is supported where regulations require - Indonesia public-scope on Indonesian territory under PP 71/2019, Vietnam impact-assessed transfers under PDPD 13/2023, and so on. Transfer logs and named DPO contacts are provided per jurisdiction.
What happens if we want to migrate off the Loyalty System?
Schema-preserving data export including member identity, transaction history, points ledger, and tier movement audit, delivered within an agreed window at no additional charge. For custom-engineered deployments, source code is transferred to you.
How is the system protected against fraud - point inflation, duplicate accounts, redemption abuse?
Three layers. On earn: per-identity rate limits, transaction-level deduplication, and configurable suspicious-pattern flagging. On identity: deduplication across phone, email, and device fingerprint, with manual merge tools for genuine duplicates. On redeem: redemption velocity caps, tier-eligibility checks at point of sale, and an audit log on every redemption. Fraud safeguards are tunable per programme.
Can our marketing team configure campaigns without engineering tickets?
Yes. Segments, eligibility rules, point multipliers, A/B test arms, exclusions, and reward catalogue items are all admin-UI configurable. Engineering is required only for new earn-event source types (such as integrating a new POS) or new compliance reporting fields.
How are Benefits and Privileges modelled differently?
Two distinct entity types. Benefits are one-time: a member earns them by hitting a points threshold; they are issued once, consumed once, and written off the books. Privileges are recurring: they apply while the member sits in a given tier (priority access, free upgrades, partner perks, fee waivers) and suspend automatically on tier downgrade. Reporting separates the two so finance can quote benefit cost and privilege cost distinctly.
