Benefits catalogue
One-time rewards earned by hitting a points threshold: vouchers, gift cards, products, experiences. Issued once, consumed once, then off the books.
Privileges catalogue
Recurring tier-level entitlements that apply for as long as the member stays in tier: priority access, free upgrades, complimentary services, partner perks.
Tier movement dashboard
Quarterly view of who moved tier, when, and whether they are new or returning members. Drill into cohorts to track tier health, churn risk, and programme ROI.
Campaign engine
Targeted offers by segment, lifecycle stage, recency, and value tier. A/B campaigns, automatic exclusions, fraud safeguards.

Member-facing UI
White-label web and mobile member portals. Push, email, in-app messaging. Multi-language and multi-currency by default.
Fraud protection
Per-identity rate limits, transaction-level deduplication, identity dedup across phone/email/device, redemption velocity caps, tier-eligibility checks at point of sale, audit log on every redemption.

Deployment & hosting

Managed cloud
Operated by Nusantech on AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers per customer preference.
Self-hosted
On customer VPC or on-premises infrastructure. Ships with source code, deployment runbook, and an update cadence agreed during contracting.
Data residency
Singapore default controller seat for regional deployments. Per-jurisdiction hosting where regulations require (Indonesia public-scope on Indonesian territory under PP 71/2019, Vietnam impact-assessed transfers under PDPD 13/2023). Transfer logs and named DPO contacts provided per region.
Identity & SSO
SAML 2.0, OIDC, SCIM 2.0 user provisioning.
Audit trail
Full state-transition logging: identity, timestamp, version, environment, client, network, override flag, before-and-after state.
Data export
Schema-preserving export of all customer data, delivered within an agreed window at no additional charge. Source code transferable for custom-engineered deployments.
