Privacy Policy

Who we are

Nusantech Pte Ltd (UEN 201617403K), with its registered office at High Street #02-13, High Street Plaza, Singapore 179433. References to “we”, “us”, or “Nusantech” in this policy mean Nusantech Pte Ltd and its delivery affiliate PT Solusi Teknologi Nusantara (Jakarta).

What we collect

When you visit nusantech.com we collect only what we need to operate and improve the website:

  • Analytics data via Google Analytics 4 — anonymised pageviews, referrer, approximate location (country / city), device type, browser, and aggregated click events on key links (Calendly, WhatsApp, email). We do not collect IP addresses in identifiable form; Google’s IP-anonymisation feature is enabled by default in GA4.
  • Form submissions on the Contact page — name, email, organisation, and the message you choose to send. Used only to respond to your inquiry.
  • Calendly bookings — when you book a discovery call, Calendly collects the details required to schedule it (name, email, time zone, any meeting notes). Calendly is a separate data controller; see Calendly’s privacy policy at calendly.com/legal.
  • WhatsApp messages — when you message us via WhatsApp, the conversation is stored in WhatsApp Business per Meta’s data practices.

We do not use retargeting pixels, marketing cookies, A/B-testing platforms, third-party chat widgets, or any tracker that follows you across other websites.

How we use it

  • Operate, maintain, and improve nusantech.com (analytics).
  • Respond to inquiries and progress engagements with you or your organisation (forms, email, WhatsApp).
  • Comply with legal, contractual, and procurement obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (typically prefixed _ga) to distinguish unique visitors and sessions. These cookies expire after 24 months. You can opt out at any time by:

  • Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on,
  • Enabling “Do Not Track” or strict tracking protection in your browser,
  • Using the analytics-blocking features built into Brave, Safari, or Firefox.

Data residency and transfers

Analytics data is processed on Google’s infrastructure, which may include locations outside Singapore (typically Singapore, the EU, or the United States). Form submissions and operational correspondence are stored on our Singapore-controlled systems. For engagements with data- residency requirements, residency is scoped per contract — Singapore by default, with per-country hosting available where regulation requires it (e.g. Indonesia under PP 71/2019, Vietnam under PDPD 13/2023).

Your rights

Under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and equivalent ASEAN regimes, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you. To make a request, email hello@nusantech.com with the subject “Data request”. We respond within 30 days.

Security

We follow reasonable security practices appropriate to the data we hold: TLS-only transport, access control on operational systems, no plaintext storage of credentials, and least-privilege access for staff. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please email hello@nusantech.com.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when our data practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage for at least seven days.
