Logistics Management
From dispatch to doorstep, in one platform.
Printed

Overview
An operational logistics platform covering fleet, routing, shipment tracking, and last-mile workflows. Used by 3PLs and large in-house logistics teams across Asia. Drivers get a hardened mobile app; operators get a live map and SLA alerts before they breach.
Capabilities
Fleet & routing
- Fleet management
- Vehicle registry, maintenance schedules, driver assignment, capacity model, vehicle telemetry where supported.
- Route optimisation
- Multi-stop routing with time windows, vehicle capacity, restricted zones, driver shifts. Re-optimise mid-shift when reality changes (delivery rejected, vehicle breakdown, route closure).
- Deterministic fallback
- Fallback solver runs whenever the optimiser returns garbage. Operational continuity is prioritised over routing perfection.
Field execution
- Driver mobile app
- Offline-first iOS and Android app. Manifest, sequence, proof of delivery (photo + signature), exception capture. Built for unreliable cellular.
- Hostile-network sync
- Resumable uploads, per-entity conflict resolution, two-week offline gap survivable. Architecturally treated as a system requirement, not a feature.
- Shipment lifecycle
- Intake, sort, dispatch, in-transit, delivered, exception. Every state transition logged, every actor traceable.
Visibility
- Real-time visibility
- Live map for operators. ETA recalculation as routes deviate. SLA alerts before they breach, not after.
- Customer-facing tracking
- White-label tracking URL or embed, with proactive delivery notifications. Reduces inbound 'where is my parcel' calls.
Technical specifications

Typical implementation phases
| Phase | Duration | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery | 2-4 weeks | Process mapping, target operating model, written build plan with milestones. Output: scoped quote and acceptance criteria. |
| Foundation sprint | 2-3 weeks | Auth, tenancy, core domain model, deployment pipelines. The boring parts done right before any feature work. |
| Feature sprints | Per engagement | Two-week cadence. Written changelog and Friday demos. Cadence and feature priority agreed with the project lead. |
| Pilot | 4-8 weeks | Rollout to one branch / cohort / pilot market first. Daily standup with the operator team. Stabilisation hotfix cycles included. |
| Rollout | Per scope | Phased rollout, training delivered per cohort, previous system decommissioned only after a week of parallel running per site. |
Pricing
Pricing is intentionally not published. Every deployment is scoped per engagement - factors like user volume, deployment model (managed vs self-hosted), data residency requirements, and integration depth all shape the quote. The next step is a 30-minute discovery call.
