Introducing Emporeia Market Intelligence: see the market, not just your shipments
Product update · Emporeia Market Intelligence · 4 min read ·

Operational systems tell you where your shipments are. They do not tell you where the market is going. A commercial team can work a flawless pipeline on a corridor that is quietly shrinking, and the systems of record will never say a word about it.
That gap is what Emporeia Market Intelligence closes. It started as a trade-analytics module inside our Logistics Management platform. It earned its own name because the problem it solves, finding buyers and reading the market, is bigger than any single operational system. Emporeia joins licensed bill-of-lading and customs records covering markets worldwide into buyer discovery, competitor tracking, and scheduled briefs, delivered as dashboards and to your inbox.
What Emporeia does
Buyer discovery. Active importers and exporters by HS code and route, built from verified shipment records. Your commercial team gets a data-backed prospect list of who actually ships products like yours, instead of a directory of companies that might.
Competitor shipment tracking. See what competitors import and export: volumes, routes, and counterparties. Delivered as a recurring alert or a live dashboard, sized to your licence.
Lane and pricing benchmarks. Per-unit price benchmarks and corridor volumes computed from real shipment values, with the value basis labelled per country. Price and route where the market actually is, not where it was last year.
Scheduled market briefs. On the cadence you choose, a market read filtered to your industry, HS codes, and lanes: freight, tariffs, demand signals, and competitor movement. Personalised to your trade footprint, not a generic newsletter.
Intelligence, not another dashboard to operate
The point of Emporeia is that real analysts do the work for you. You describe the outcome you want, the markets, the competitors, what winning looks like, and the sourcing, the dashboards, and the briefs are ours. A small team does not need to hire a data analyst or learn a new tool. Buyer briefs arrive monthly, competitor alerts weekly, market briefs on your schedule. You act on the ones that matter and ignore the noise.
You can see the shape of it before any conversation. The Emporeia Market Intelligence page shows a sample buyer report, a scheduled market brief, and a global trade map, all on illustrative sample data: no real client data, no live market feed.
Where the data comes from
Market data is licensed from an established global trade intelligence provider: bill-of-lading, shipping, and customs records covering markets worldwide. For competitive reasons we do not disclose specific supplier relationships, but everything we use is legally sourced, licensed, and privacy-compliant. Data is aggregated at shipment level, not personal data, and licensing is handled within your Nusantech agreement: one contract, one accountable vendor.
If you also run operations on our Logistics Management platform, Emporeia pairs with it cleanly: your operational data stays inside your deployment, market data flows in, and joins between the two happen inside your dashboard layer only.
Availability
Emporeia is scoped per engagement, like everything else we ship. Standard buyer, competitor, and lane views come out of the box; custom corridors, commodity groups, or board-level reporting are quoted explicitly as engineering work.
If your commercial team is flying blind on where the market is moving, explore Emporeia Market Intelligence or book a walkthrough.
